IS THERE A SET MEAL PLAN?
The Female Fitness Formula does not advocate for meal plans. We pride ourselves in providing education to help you on your way to diet autonomy, and we want you to walk away from this challenge feeling confident in maintaining your results. If you always follow a meal plan you will forever be a slave to your meal plan. This guidebook follows a flexible dieting approach so you can say yes to social occasions and go on holidays without the fear and anxiety of leaving your meal plan behind. You will be provided with a step by step system to build your meal plan according to your goals and you are provided with a variety of recommended recipes if you choose to utilise them.
IS THE NUTRITION CUSTOMISED TO MY GOALS?
Yes! This plan follows a flexible dieting approach which gives you the freedom to choose your meals according to your preferences. You will learn how to calculate your maintenance and deficit calories as well as your protein, fibre, and fat requirements.
The Female Fitness Formula Guidebook works in three phases. Each phase will guide you through how to calculate your personal dietary needs and prevent you from reaching a fat loss plateau.
I AM A BEGINNER, IS THE TRAINING PROGRAM APPROPRIATE FOR ME?
The FFF Guidebook training program is designed to increase your lean muscle mass (don't worry, you won't get 'bulky'). You will receive three different training programs that are designed at getting you stronger and maximising progressive overload. The training program is suitable for anyone at a beginner to intermediate level of training. Each exercise has been carefully selected to ensure you are safe with in the gym. If you are an advanced level trainer or you want something personalised, one on one coaching would be a better alternative than the guidebook.
IS THIS A GYM BASED PROGRAM?
Your training program does require you to have access to a gym. Home workouts are great but they won't give you the tools you require to really up level your results.
HOW DOES THE GUIDEBOOK DIFFER TO ONE ON ONE COACHING WITH SHERIDAN?
Coaching is a more hands-on option that comes with increased accountability and an increased cost. The guidebook doesn't give you access to one on one support with Sheridan and the training program is not catered to any injuries or limitations you may have. Sheridan is currently not taking on any new clients until April 2020.

WHO IS THE FFF GUIDEBOOK FOR?
The FFF Guidebook was made for committed beginners-intermediate trainees who want a step-by-step roadmap to clarity, tools and action. Whether you’re a total beginner, new to the gym floor or you’re in the process of upleveling your nutrition and training, The FFF Guidebook is for you.
WHO IS THE FFF GUIDEBOOK NOT FOR?
The FFF Guidebook definitely isn’t everyone! If you are after a quick fix or a cookie cutter meal plan need not purchase the guidebook. If you’re not ready to show up and encourage other women in their journey, The FFF Guidebook isn’t for you. It’s also not right if you consider yourself a fairly advanced trainee. If you’ve already mastered energy balance and the how to apply energy balance to your fat loss goals —this experience is not right for you.
This program is not right if you hope to learn by what Sheridan calls ‘window shopping’. The FFF Guidebook is for dedicated women who understand that real change is not a sprint, it’s a marathon that takes time, dedication and action.
