ABOUT ME

I’m a fat loss expert, a nerd when it comes to physiology, and my obsession is teaching others how to achieve their health and fitness goals without it taking over their life. 

I'm a wife and soon to be Mum with big dreams. On the day's that I am not coaching you will find me working in the Intensive Care Unit as a Registered Nurse (where are my shift workers at?!).
Most days, you’ll find me in my Lulu Lemon yoga pants, working on the couch with a smile on my face and our dog Nacho in my lap.

 


I didn’t always have the answers: in fact, just a few years ago you would have found me preaching the latest fad diet like it was the answer to everything wrong in the World.  I thought I was living the dream – but I soon came to a realisation that I was experiencing an eating disorder known as orthorexia.  

At the age of 23, I decided that I was done with fad diets and I was done with living a life that was built around restrictive and stringent rules. So, I invested in to my education. That single investment led me to an intense passion to serve women who were in the cycle of yo-yo dieting I found myself in only a few years before.

Fast forward a little bit more, and I was a qualified nutritionist and personal trainer with a fire to change the world, one woman at a time.

Supporting, encouraging and guiding women to remove the self-limiting beliefs they have developed throughout their life, so they can fully step in to their potential. If I can be that permission granter in your life that whispers: “you got this” while the rest of the world is provoking doubt… then I have fulfilled my duty as a coach.

So now, it’s my chief goal to remind other women that they don't have to spend their life dieting, that they can be free of the yoyo train once and for all. My hope is to equip you with the knowledge you need to achieve your health and fitness goals - the right way. 

  

We are on the same path, my friend. I’m waiting just a few steps ahead. I’m reaching out my hand -  I’ve got you.

 

THE PLAN IS SIMPLE. SHOW UP EVERY DAY, STAY IN MY LANE, GIVE IT MY ALL, AND KEEP DOING IT UNTIL I'VE ACCOMPLISHED ALL OF MY GOALS!
